Christmas Time!

Merry Christmas!

All of the counting down is finally done. We had a pretty good month of Christmas fun. A couple of weeks before Christmas is actually when we got to go to Temple Square to look at the lights. I would definitely recommend doing it that early, there is hardly any crowd, it was really nice. Here are a couple pictures of our time there:

We also had fun making graham cracker houses and also made quite a few little crafts throughout the month as well. Here are our houses:

On CHRISTMAS EVE we make homemade pizza. We made a chicken alfredo for us adults and a cheeses pizza for the kids.

CHRISTMAS MORNING!

As you can see they were so excited. Despite all of our coughing and antibiotic taking for ear infections we still had a pretty fun day.

"L" boy here got his BALL and hoop set here. His first word was ball, and is still his favorite so Santa just had to get it for him. :)

"R" asked Santa for her own Tablet and was very excited to get it.

"E" wanted a camera, so she got an extra bonus and got more than just a camera, it has fun games too.

"W" asked for a guitar and was sure she would get it. :)

Our Christmas mess!

After we were done, Grandma and Grandpa visited for a while and had breakfast with us.

Grandpa (sporting his American Ride du' rag) helped tune "W"'s guitar too

That night we drove around to look at lights. Earlier in the day Will took "L" for a little hike:

SNOW FUN!

We had a couple days of snow fun! This 'E' girl just could not WAIT to get outside the first morning we woke up to snow. Her and 'R' went out for a little bit and 'L' went out when we had to take 'E' to school. He thought it was pretty cool too.

Google added this cute snow affect. I thought it was pretty cute!

So being the 4th kid and the first boy, you can't blame me for putting pink gloves and boots on this kid. Like he cares! He had fun! On this day we all went out together for like 2 hours. Daddy built a snow tunnel and then we played around with the sleds for a bit too.

Fun SNOW!

Happy Turkey Day!

Didn't take any pictures of any of the actual festivities, but we did make this fun craft the day before thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving day we drove to Richmond, north of Logan, and had Thanksgiving dinner at my brother's house with another brother and my parents and great grandparents. It was yummy and fun! And the kids had fun with their cousins!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Birthday 'W'!!!

So, 2 days before her 7th birthday we went to the mall...to get her ears pierced! She was so excited, and did a great job. She picked the light green peridot stone.

The day after her birthday we invited a few of her friends over for a party. I didn't get many great pics, sorry, but they had fun. They had pizza and decorated cupcakes and then we watched the movie 'Planes' and had popcorn and cookies. It was fun!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY W!!!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

So, the night before Halloween we got pumpkins and the girls all made their own faces in them. Here is some pics of them doing that:

We had a pretty fun Halloween day. The two older girls were excited to go to school. Their principal is a very cool guy, and they do a parade throughout the school in the afternoon, where every class dresses up and walks around every classroom and each class adds onto the back, and they even go outside a few times so that parents can come and see as well. I don't have pics from it since my phone died, but I will update with some from Will later. Here is everyone's costumes tho! Oh and I had a poodle skirt as well that I have a pic of I will add later too. 'L' boy and Daddy are my 50's greasers w/ 'R' matching with them. 'W' is a princess fairy and 'E' is a butterfly. (sorry about the fuzziness, my phone was totally wigging out yesterday and now today it is dead and hopefully getting replaced). Enjoy!

And we ate bones and mummies for dinner!

 Happy Halloween!
